it's simple mathematics
so....
according to the Dec. 25- Jan.1 issue of TIME magazine-
300 million- the estimated U.S. population as of October 2006.
AND
$502 billion- amount the U.S. has spent in the war on terrorism.
so, i decided to do a little bit of math and that total amount of money comes out to about
1.6 MILLION DOLLARS per person.
....awesome.
