A New Mythology
Finally posted the second in the Civil Defiance sequence, with the origin of the Keeper of Shadows and a semi mythical story told by the Lady in Shadows, a tale that is sorta similar to the Titanomachy of Greek mythology. Its the first time I really try and told a myth from the Gog mythos, and I'm not sure how well it worked. No matter--after this I'll have to write a few more, covering the history from the rise of the Five Gog Gods (all but 1 named after a mihoist or someone whose name I remembered and thought might fit) and of the eventual destruction of their homeworld of Endee Emtee (their homeworlds name in their tongue...and NDMT in another), which lead to their space oddesey and arrival in the solar system, and of why the Gog chose to use evil to further their goals. I do expect to reach the culmination of the mythos sometimes around TP2015: Breaking Dawn.
