(no subject)
So I'm home and unemployed. But I still did lots of things today. First, I was supposed to go to Spanglish and then shopping with Robby and Matt. Matt wasn't going to get here until 6 and I had dinner with family and I had to go job hunting at some stupid temp agency on West Coalfax. West, not East, I work there at night. So we go shopping and Robby bought over $100 at Express on presents for other girl friends and he got a free scarf. He let me chose one for myself. :) Then he wanted to go to lunch. And since we were at Park Meadows and we both love Cheesecake Factory (I'm putting four of them on our island - north, east, south and west), we went for that. Tons of people were waiting. 45 minute wait and I still had to go to "Staffing Solutions." He suggested the Fresh Fish Co. I've never been there so I said ok. He's crazy and blows money all over the place, in a good way. Whenever I'm with him I feel refined and rich. We ordered coconut shrimp as an appetizer. We're eating and all of the sudden he stops and looks at me weird. I was like what? He had his mouth kind of full and he was just like...I ate the tail.. I couldn't believe it! Little refined Robby who eats shrimp all the time. WHY would he eat the tail??? He didn't know what to do with it, I think he thought of just eating it. I told him to spit it into the little paper thing they gave us. So he did. It was the funniest thing. It's a lot funnier when you know Robby. Refined and rich, but not in a bad way. He's very generous.
Then I went to the temp agency. I'm awful at directions. I get to where it says. It's wrong. I went into a bowling alley and asked. They said it would be around the Burger King. So I parked by Good Times and walked along the pathetic little stip mall and finally went into a mattress store. There were no customers so the guy was very willing to help me. He looked it up online and even called for me. It was across the street in the 1st Bank. I went up there and the lady said there were no jobs and there weren't going to be any. GREAT! Waste of my time. I didn't want to go home empty handed and broke so I went to the mall and turned in applications for JCPenney, Forever 21 and the Icing. If I don't here from them by Monday, I'm going in and asking. I want a job!!!
So now I'm an unemployed girl sitting at home on her butt all day watching TV. I went to Michael's with my mom and sister tonight and bought stuff to learn how to knit. If I'm just sitting here I might as well be doing something. Like making scarves and crap because I can't buy them because I have no job. I'm going to my grandma's in Greeley Thursday and Friday too....I don't want to. Maybe I'll knit 5 scarves cuz I'll have nothing to do! If anyone needs a hat or a scarf or any other stupid thing...I'll be sitting here doing nothing...
