Update time, I suppose
Hey, peoples. Turns out I'm alive.
For those that don't know, I was involved in an idiotic accident. I was walking around in a moving vehicle, it stopped, and I didn't. I went to the backseat of my sister's van to get her phone since her hubby was beepy-beepying her like mad (They have Nextels in case you didn't figure that out) and when I tried to move back to the front, the dude in front of my bro-in-law, who was driving in front of my sister, decided to brake check bro-in-law. Sister slammed on brakes, Lisa hit dash.
I have a sprained shoulder. It's not fun.
Another reason I haven't been around has to do with NASCAR making its second trip to Michigan for the season. I went to an open house to meet some drivers on Thursday. I met Jamie McMurray, Todd Kluever, and Danny O'Quinn. What? You want pictures?

Anyhoo, that was fun. Jamie seemed tired and somewhat grumpy... Todd and Danny were awesome. Carl Edwards and Jack Roush were there, but I don't care about them.
Anyhoo, I went to the race on Sunday. Twas nifty. I like Matt Kenseth, so I'm ok with him winning. I nearly met Brian Vickers (insert really really sad face here... I only NEARLY met him...). He was doing an appearance in the GMAC hospitality tent which I didn't have a pass for. So I listened to his Q&A and stared for a little while. He seemed like a cool guy.
So yeah. I'm alive. Band geeks, see you Friday, I hope. I won't be playing though... My arm won't allow it.
OH! Journey is coming to Van Andel arena in October! With Def Leppard! WOOOHOOO! I already asked Aunt Marcia if she wants to go... Little does she know, I plan to buy her ticket. We'll have to sit in crappy seats though... But Van Andel doesn't really have seats that are flat-out awful for concerts, so I figure I'll be ok. Otherwise I would have to pay about $80 per ticket...
