[Here is Japan in his snazzy black uniform as usual... ...He seems a bit more serious, though.]
Many of my clothes have gone missing, so if you are responsible, I would appreciate a notice of some sort. I have no trouble making clothes, you realize. There is no need to steal. [There's a huff of a sigh, and he moves on.]In any case, I am contacting

I've heard you've been here a while; no matter, right? You'll help me find a way to escape, won't you? We'll be out of here in no time, even if we have to construct something ridiculous to do it. [ Chuckling nervously. ] What a bad way to wake up, hmm? You go from a meeting in parliament and you find yourself swept away to another planet before you can make it to the pub. [ He rubs the back of his neck, awkwardly shuffling a little bit in place. ]
Oh, and... I didn't know you still liked to spar? Well, I'd be willing, if you'd like.

So this is a bit of a surprise. And more than a bit awkward. He was more than willing to set aside time differences, though obvious things were awkward, and that friendship from before that had been lost had never been regained from Japan's point of view.
As it was, he read the atmosphere and decided when not to speak.]
England-san... [A pause.] Yes, this is my frequency. Unfortunately, I have been here for... quite some time. But I am certainly trying my best to find a way home.
...Sparring? [That is... a bit more awkward. Though it might be good to learn. Ahhhh indecisive.] Would England-san truly wish to?

I shall have to contact you more often. I'm sorry to hear that, but not to worry: I'm working on finding an escape. Perhaps we can exchange information as we discern it?
[ He blinks and then gives him a bit of a strange look. ] Why, of course. Anything to build upon our abilities and knowledge of the fight. Tell me though; uehm, do you have your chip out? [ He rubs his arm a little. ] Ah... Because, well, perhaps it would be best to wait until I have mine removed as well, if that's the case. It could be quite dangerous, a mortal fighting an immortal.
[ And quickly! ] N-not that I'm afraid of dying, I never have been! It just might be slightly inconvenient, you see.

That sounds ideal. At the moment I realize the Scientists must use a machine of sorts... It is the location of the machine that is the issue.
[And then a sort of flustered look away from the comm. STILL GUILTY. And a bit, surprised. Hm. ...But England's coverup there nearly gets a chuckle from Japan (nearly), and he turns back.]
Never afraid, yes, surely. Ah, but I have had my chip removed, actually. So I suppose if that is England-san's preference, we will have to wait.

A machine to do what, exactly? To take people here? Right, right of course. And say we were able to locate said machine, perhaps you could programme it to do the reverse?
[ Wow two awkward old men ]
I see. Well, it won't be too long, I assure you that; I have some duties to attend to with a certain Frenchman, but beyond that, I should be having it removed. We can spar after I recover, and perhaps devise a plan of escape.
It... it really is nice to see you again. [ A pause. ]--as everyone else I've encountered is technologically incompetent, you see. I was beginning to worry that there was indeed no hope of a return.

[He's totally looking away from the screen. Ahhhh...]
Yes... So long as England-san is not too busy with America-san, that would be quite nice. [Did that sound bitter or was it your imagination? Or did you not even notice hm...] Technology is an area that I can learn quite quickly, indeed.
