So, my start date has been brought forward to November 27. It seems another department requires extra help with a big project so I will be put to good use.
This is the week of infinite birthdays. Three of my friends have had theirs since Monday, there's another one today, and there are three more before the end of the week!
Busy weekend ahead: dinner for Rajeev and Nick on Saturday, and a Poon Fah 90th anniversary dinner on Sunday. (The Poon Fah Association represents two counties in Guangzhou. My Mum's side of the family comes from Poon Yue, one of the counties.)
