Yesterday, I think I ultimately learned that multiracial people are just as frustrated as queer people. We are frustrated because we've been hiding in our own closets of our own societies, forced to deal with monoracist and homophobic entities that rule our society. How did I come to this conclusion. Dealing with the fact that my laptop was the only the one that failed to work for the ASA 120 powerpoint presentation. But it finally worked at the end of class, which was definitely great timing.
I also said goodbye to my office mates and discovered another shocking surprise. Donna Gutierrez didn't pull my application out of the 20. It was Susan Kancir, the dean's assistant! I had been told it was Donna for two years. I felt like hiding under the table in my cubicle for a long time.
Real World is really good. Tyler and Svetlana are like the kids I never want to have. Tonight is America's Next Top Model with yellow-white girl Gina (shivers) and the last episode of "Drawn Together."
Today, I learned that SBC is a bitch that fucks me in the ass every single day. Damn 200 minute long distance plan! I'm close to finishing my SON paper, but I have a FINAL for ASA this Friday! Yikes. Okay, it's time to enter my chaotic day.
