Hi all, newbie here,
Anyway, I'm doing an independent research on yobai (night crawling). From what I heard it was really common during the Heian period but a book I've read mentioned that it was still practiced by some small communities in Japan. The book was printed during the early 2000s I guess.
I've searched the net and libraries for resources on yobai but only encountered either useful texts in Japanese or mere mentions of it (treating it as smut). I've had a few resources but nothing really academic.
So do you guys know of resources which I could use? Thanks so much. Help would be really appreciated.
