Let's hear it for the boooyyyyss!! (meaning the Red Sox, of course!!)
Aaaahh, what a looooong hiatus for me from LJ...i prefer the term "sebatacle"....and what better reason to bring me back to the time-honored tradition of putting all my business online than the boys of Fenway...aah, how I am in love w/ the Red Sox, you have no idea...call it obsession, call it lack of a real love life, call it whatever you want--all i knows is is that it is game 1 of the playoffs, and thus far, the Sox are kicking a little Anaheim ass 1-0 in the bottom of the 3rd.....last night they had a rally at Fenway...it was FREE!!!! only reason i didn't go was I had no one to go with me... = ( otherwise, i really didn't have any good reason to not go...my on-campus apt. is a 10 min. walk from Fenway Park!!! and dropkick murphys played there, which was kinda cool..oh well, i got to watch it on tv on NESN (YAY for them)....
Anyway.....i haven't written in an awfully long time (im' sure you all missed hearing my rantings, riiight??)....waht's new? sis got married...it was great...i was a bridesmaid, and a rather sexxxy one at that (j/k...well, maybe, but don't think i look good like that all the time)....truly, hte wedding was absolutely beautiful (and EXPENSIVE)....best part was the reception--the food was absolutely to die for, the dj was ...eeh....i totally cut a rug, regardless...quite funny to watch my bro attempt the electric slide (though he mastered the macarena...i'm sure that's not something he'd brag about, though)....
i'm STILL in school (unfortunately)....and i'm STILL single (equally unfortunate)...so if you know anyone out there who's just as desparate as i.......??? (red sox fan preferred, yankee-hater a MUST)....

oh, in case you haven't heard by now (and how couldn't you?? flee would tell a stranger just to get a laugh out of it): i got drunk over the weekend while i was out w/ flee & his co-workers, we went to some club, i made out w/ a total stranger and yakked (twice) in flee's car during hte carride home!!!! what a winner i am!! hmmm...and i'm still single because...??
