Verizon vs AT&T

Ok, so yesterday I lost my phone...the person turned off the phone so I have no way of tracking it anymore. Anyways, I've had verizon for so long that I'm thinking of switching sides to AT&T. I like the fact that AT&T have roll over mins but I hear from a lot of people their coverage sucks. So for a pick poll and description afterwards. What service do all of you have and do you think i should stick with verizon or switch to AT&T.
