Here it goes, the best adventure I have had in a long time.
It all started today after Max and I had finished up. Like every day we finish, we go to wawa and get a tastycake pumpkin pie or two. Today, as we walked into the wawa, I spotted Gildea as Max was vigorously searching for the stack of pumpkin pies. Max then gave an explanation of why there was a strange tension between them for a while. It was because one day Max and Gildea made eye contact in the hallway and he (Gildea) didn't acknowledge Max at all.
As Gildea left, Max mentioned that there were no pumpkin pies in sight! Of course, I had to see this for myself and he was telling the truth, there were none left. Max obviously needed that pie to fulfill his life long dream of becoming the blob so he called Christopher Cooper up asking him to drive us on over to the morton wawa.
Christopher agreed to take us to the wawa in morton without question. Since the two wawas have to same interior layout, we rushed to the spot where all the tastycake products are located. Sure enough, they were all out of those golden pies of greatness. We were in shock that they would have every kind of pie but pumpkin. From then on, it was our goal to get pumpkin pie and we would have nothing get in our way.
Next, Chris gave the suggestion to go to BJ's to get a real pumpkin pie. We decided this was a good idea seeing how we were already driving past the place. We found the pie all the way in the back of the store and it was 11.5 inches in diameter (that is pretty big for a pie). As we approach the register, the question is raised if we need a membership card to show them. We begin to think, would they really care that much for a $6.99 pumpkin pie? Since Max needed this pie, we made him go up to buy it alone to take all the embarrassment. The cashier rung it up and asked him for his membership card after he had paid and luckily, the costomer behind him gave his card in a hasty fashion giving Max the opportunity to get away from an embarrassing moment.
Finally, a pumpkin pie was in our clutches. The next dilemma was where we were going to eat this. Now you have to understand that we spent 3 hours trying to find this pie. We could not just settle down at someone's house and eat it so we had to go somewhere to celebrate this conclude the quest. The first idea was we would go over to Dave Williams' house and eat it there out of the blue but he would not allow it. In the end, we decided to take a ride over to the springfield mall and eat it there in public at one of the tables outside of sbarro's. A piece of pie was given to each of us and we feasted upon them with great satisfaction with the look of accomplishment on our faces. It was like the scene in Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle. Once we finished, we had concluded that tonight's event was something that would happen in an episode of Stella.
The rest of the night was a nice ending to a well spent friday. The rest of the events that happened during this adventure are not worth mentioning and there for will remain secret. SHHHHHHHH!
If you have actually read all of this and follow it, I applaud you.
