Japan/fem!England - Fully clothed or sex in the bath

It would be really cool for this to happen during the Anglo-Japanese Alliance. On the kink I'm torn between fully clothed sex since they are both so uptight or hot and steamy bath sex where England just randomly crashes Japan's private bath times. My headcannon says that fem!England is just as snarky, tsundere, angry, and fail!spy as the male version.
