Greece/Italy/Japan - Kitty play
Greece/Italy/Japan, kitty play: Greece and Italy are acting like kitties (for the cat festival or just for the lulz, whatever works for you) and want Japan in on the fun too. When he insists on finishing his work instead, they decide to get his attention in true feline fashion-- incessant whining, affectionate (but not necessarily sexual) rubbing and nibbling, toying with stuff on his desk, climbing bodily between him and whatever he's working on; if you've ever had a cat, you probably know how it goes.
Japan should be reluctant but eventually give in; he could even finish what he's doing first, if you prefer, so long as he ends up with kitty ears in the end. Sex is optional, fluff is a requirement.
