Japan/Any - Nosebleed ruins intimate moment
Apparently Japanese people have really high blood pressure, which is why in anime guys get nosebleeds whenever they're turned on.
I want to see Japan get a nosebleed while being intimate with any other nation. Said nation either freaks out, is grossed out or becomes concerned, and the moment's killed when they have to clean up.
I'd prefer Japan/Greece, but it can be any pairing you want.
