England/Hong Kong, France/Hong Kong - Multiple requests
Oh dear, too many UK/HK ideas to really put them all into coherent feelings, so I guess I'll just list and have generous!anon choose?
-UK/HK on the ship back to England, in their own cabin, with HK resisting and screaming. A plus if it's while UK is trying to get him to wear America's old clothes.
-HK has a nightmare in the middle of the night and wakes up with no-one to snuggle up to, and goes wandering about the house (in a nightshirt). (Can go two ways--he is found by UK, who is up and drinking, or he goes to UK's room and stands there by the door long enough.)
-UK gets piss drunk and chases HK throughout the mansion, having drank his mind to the glory days of when he was a pirate.
And then, just for lots of kicks,
-France molesting HK on a couch while UK is in the same room but not really noticing either because his back is turned out the angle of the couch is just so.
