I don't think it's in the dictionary, since it's part of how we talk in my area. It sort of means grumpy.^^

No problem~ Since it's one of my favourite words. Along with "plötsligt ("suddenly") and "puss" ("kiss"). I don't think it's that simple, since not even half of the Swedish population knows of it. XD And it's pretty old slang, too. XD
