facebook, anyone?
i don't know if any of you out there still pay attention to my little corner of LJ, but if you DO... rest assured, i will continue posting on here. not only that, but there posts here will almost always be meatier and juicier (just the way i like it lol! ;-P ) than anything i might put up on facebook. this, however, is simply how i will handle my own online presence, and does not apply to anyone else.
having said that, i HAVE noticed a period of mass exodus where a lot of the people i used to keep in touch with on here have moved on to facebook, and are (noticably) posting a lot less on here... in an effort to keep in touch/reconnect with some of those, i'm posting this "facebook friend drive" kinda post. so, if you're interested in getting/keeping in touch on there (as well) - leave a comment. all comments will be screened, so don't worry about posting your name/email/flirts... lol just making sure you were paying attention... ;-)
but yeah it's all screened, and won't be made public unless you tell me to. i know that i, for one, try to minimize explicitly posting my email to avoid spambot trawls, so screened comments are definitely a welcome avenue for info exchange.
oh, and p.s. - i post on facebook more often than i do on here, and it's usually lighter fare. i DO try to minimize cross-posting, so there will definitely be different content between my facebook and LJ posts. so, to get a more complete picture of what i'm up to / thinking / feeling, go ahead and add me on there as well... or leave a comment/message so that i can add you. peace!
