Well where to begin? It's really hard to describe how much I am enjoying this year. We've hardly begun and I've had so many fun times. Part of it comes from having an amazing group of friends, and the other part is the fact that I have a really easy schedule. I mean, I have 5 classes, one being orchestra, and 3 of the other 4 don't have books or anything like that. I will be keeping busy with the Film Society, the 2 radio jobs, and then SBEC (Student Broadcaster's Exec. Committee) but I know I'll still be able to have loads of fun when I do have the time because my friends are awesome. Did I mention how sweet my friends are??? Anyways, on to more detailed info on my cool friends...last night was killer. I was at Ick's (surprise surprise) and helped him make some Joo food. He made matzoball soup (delicious) and I helped him make latkes (also delicious). It was quite the cultural experience haha. Also, his new roommate is cool. His name is Jeff and he's a biology grad student who's teaching Biology 101. He actually came out and pulled up a chair, ate some food, and chatted it up with us for a while! Imagine this, after months and months of anyone hardly seeing Alex, and whenever we did he said maybe two words if addressed first. Amazing. After Joo food we watched Not Another Teen Movie. Quality. John Hughs is my hero...ok not really but whatev. There was also a Sleven run in there, and after the movie, Ick, Rhi, RJ, and I got a late night Taco Bell craving. So we went to Taco Bell and proceeded to make a ruckus and act 5. It was good fun, we had RJ gasping for breath and practically hyperventilating he was laughing to hard. Oy...
Today has been fun so far also. After orchestra Angela, Rhi, RJ, Pat, Ick, and I went to the SBX to get some price quotes on something pinkl!@. Then it was off to Zabros for all-you-can-eat pizza goodness. Don't know what tonight holds, but I can't wait to find out! Tomorrow night the gang is goin to see the Exorcism of Emily Rose. I hope Pat survives...hehe.
Oo! I also got a sweet sarong that I hung on my wall above my bed. I got it from Ethnic Creations of course; it's gold and black, with loads of Celtic designs on it. I love it! I need another sarong to hang on the wall above my desk...hmm another trip to Ethnic Creations will be needed...ok enough for now. I finally finished organizing my room, it's finally set. I'm going to relax in it until it's time to travel once more to the A31. Peace out all.
