I took the GRE. I took it the day they released news that they're completely overhauling it. I would have a much higher score, I'm sure, on the new way. Regardless, my score wasn't bad. It qualifies me for an initial scholarship at Pratt, and is way over what Simmons wanted. I'm sure it's more than good for OU/UT.
But I don't want to go to OU/UT. I'm visiting Pratt/NYC December 1-3. Short, eeee. I'm going to a Library Open House, hopefully going to some History of Art classes, and talking to an academic advisor. At the Open House, I'm going to ask how much more scholarship/aid I could get with 50-100 extra GRE points. If they say "little", I won't take the GRE again, and it they say "much", then I will. That's simple.
Next week, is dedicated to statements of intent, recommendation, and daydreaming. I'm going to apply to OU, UT, Pratt, and Drexel soon. I've I haven't heard good things from them, I'll apply to Simmons later. They're date is further off. Boston just seems REALLY cold.
Next week is also about hair cuts. I'm really excited about that too.
