Our rude downstairs neighbors' rude bastard friends who -- rather than getting out of the car and walking about 20 paces and knocking on the door -- sit in their vehicle and honk for 10 minutes (no exaggeration here, folks) trying to get said rude downstairs neighbors' attention.
