It's the spoiler threads at 2ch.net. The Tsubasa ones are in the 週刊少年漫画 board and are usually called ツバサーRESERVoiR CHRONiCLEーネタバレスレッド＃＃, and the Holic ones are in the 漫画サロン board and are usually called XXXHOLiC　ネタバレスレッド＃. nokiirat usually links to them when announcing spoiler posts over at clamp_now.
