Thanks for the Translation, Neither-sama ^____^ >> Sooo... how are they planning to get Sakura back inside, since they can't touch her? Are they just going to leave her there?
^^;; Well, maybe they will bring up the blanket and stuff and let her sleep there, one of them [betting Syaoran] would be staying by her side until she wake up the next morning ~ Though I am VERY SURPRISED that Syaoran is SO CALM about the whole situation, he didn't "touch" her, he didn't "interrupt" her vision etc.
As for the ceremony itself : Well, nobody other than the Royal Family or the Priest are allowed in the Ruin during her ceremony. However, the "water ground/ruin" allowed the presence of Syaoran, does that mean is JUST for that occasion?? [the 7 days before finishing the whole ritual] And as well, if Fujitaka-ou said specifically that the "final day" of ceremony, NOBODY [not even the Priest] is allowed in there or else it would be interrupting the whole ritual. Then, wouldn't the "presence" of Syaoran in there would ALSO interrupt the ritual
( ... )
However, the "water ground/ruin" allowed the presence of Syaoran, does that mean is JUST for that occasion?? Then why is it OK in Fujitaka-ou/Syaoran's eye that Syaoran alone can be "in" the Ruin with Sakura to protect her?? I think these two are related. Also, maybe the reasoning is that since Shaoran isn't a priest and was already able to be in the water grounds (when he arrived), and also because he fulfills the "not a royal" condition, then he can go. Kinda sounds to me like Fujitaka is playing "slimy lawyer who takes advantage of badly-worded laws" here.
And then her vision itself, is WEIRD : Why is there 2 different outfit Syaoran appearing in the Ruin?? The Shaoran who is with Watanuki is wearing the exact same clothes Shaoran came to Clow-koku with... So that probably has to do with Shaoran's arrival or his departure. Maybe it's a timeline split (or perhaps the timeline split that brought Watanuki into the picture).
OH~~ that explanation about Fujitaka-ou make more sense XD In your translation, I thought you mean "Well, during this last day of her cleansing ceremony, NOBODY can be by Sakura side. Not even the Royal Family and the priest; moreover, you [Syaoran] are NOT even royal and NOT even a person in this world" ^^;; total misunderstanding there ~~ Then I guess that sort of explain the "purpose" of Syaoran in Clow Country.
>> So that probably has to do with Shaoran's arrival or his departure. Maybe it's a timeline split (or perhaps the timeline split that brought Watanuki into the picture).Hm... it actually makes me wonder, well.. Yuuko said that "your time in Clow Country is 7 days only, then you will need to make the decision". Well, Sakura's final day of the ritual is ALSO the same day Syaoran need to go back. Would he be "suddenly" transported back by Yuuko out of some awkward timing [like right at Sakura is in danger, just when Syaoran's come running in save her... o___O]?? Since she doesn't even specify when he will be back to CCS|

I do tend to eat ice cubes, and it wouldn't surprise me if my dentai insurance wasn't going to cover a crown, so he did an amalgam filling to save me money (of course, it wound up costing me over three hundred dollars anyway.

*SHIVER* Did you have to put it like that? I'm getting MKR vibes now.
I'm out of ideas concerning Shaoran's decision.
