The TRC gang plus Subaru and Kamui gave up important things to cross many worlds, possibly an almost limitless number of times. While Sakura's wand was worth two crossings as well as being able to choose the world. It's a much smaller price. Sakura may be able to use the Sakura Cards without the wand, or maybe she can't, so she gives up the ability to use the cards as the price.
Interestingly it means that Yuuko will someday pass on that wand to someone.

Also the family in Clow country breaking up i.e Clow instead of Nadeshiko and Fujitaka has to either be
A. A price
B. Clow, Yuuko or FWR's fault and/or plan
C. A different world entirely, one that is similar to the Clow Country we know but not the same
D. Kind of like the previous point. A dream or similar
Kimihiro is becoming the dream seer of that world instead of Sakura?
