actually promised myself that if the spoilers were very long (meaning the whole script like the other time...) I wouldn't read it : we are going to I have a *really* long break so I wanted to at least enjoy not knowing anything until the actual scans are out~ But since the spoilers (for the time being...) are pretty...urh...short, it was ok to take a look ehe~ The chapter's titles usually don't mean *that* much, as in it *shouldn't* be much of a spoiler of the actual contain...but since it's all we have and that the whole '7 days' thing seems to be important for whatever reason, I will allow myself to theorize : can we consider the possibility their encounter really only lasted 7 days? Which should be wrong since he not only said textually he was always with her until he was the age he is right now (= around 15 y.o.) but also, let's not forget the whole 'getting younger by paying a price' deal (which logically imply he grew up...)
can we consider the possibility their encounter really only lasted 7 days? That's the first thing that occurred to me, but more like "Shaoran got stuck in a seven days time loop and grew up in there". Which is kinda messed up.
By the way, the literal translation of the title is "promise of a space of seven days".
Hm... my 2 cents of "chinese-japanese" rambling time
"Chapitre.191 七日間の約束" Well, I know some Kanji word in Japanese have a different meaning than chinese but in here, I am wondering if is the same. When I read that title, I believe it means:
"Chapitre 191 The Restriction/restraint within the 7 days" I have just found out that 約束 means promise in JPN while 約束 means restraint in chinese [but I guess is similar because when you have a promise, you are "bound to" something/someone] "Chapitre 191 The promise in/within the 7 days period"
It gives me a feeling that it is related to the cleansing ceremony. Since there are some "restriction" for Sakura during the ceremony time, there may be some promise Syaoran need to keep for Sakura. And the chapter may be related to that [at least based on the title].
