Well, I think it may all be part of "the age-old planning" between Clow Reed and Yuuko... and what Clow Reed did in CCS maybe even part of the planning to interfere with FWR.
However, as for now.. I still don't get why everyone is still so caught up with this "incest" issue o___O Yes, we fans and he is very much aware that the person he NEED TO meet and will be spending his time with IS the same look and even the same name as his own mother. Maybe initially, just as he has "those thoughts" of "she has the same look as his own mother". However, despise that similarity, Sakura-hime's personality and behavior is still different than CCS|Sakura [and I can even extend to CCS|Sakura interaction with "Syaoran" is mother-son but Sakura-hime interaction with him is as childhood friend]. Even though "Syaoran" can "see" his own mother within Sakura-hime, BUT if we consider his saying of "We have always been together till the age I am"... that would mean, he spent AT LEAST 7 years with Sakura-hime. By then, I am sure he will recognize and distinguish the differences in feelings between THIS Sakura and his own mother. There really nothing "son/mother complex" about it!?
