Tonight I had a surprisingly small amount of homework! Or more specifically, I did a lot of it during the day, therefore I got to spend a good chunk of time tonight doing college research. Only a few more to investigate before I put together a perfect list...
Today has been a struggle against my body. At this point, the meds stay in my system for such a short amount of time that I get the withdrawal symptoms within an few hours of taking them. So instead of feeling kind of sick and having what I like to call the Brain Spazzy Spazzies at ten or so at night, I have them before noon. But I can't take the medicine sooner in the day, because--that's right, kids--death is bad. IT KINDA SUCKS.
But aside from a lot of work and physical pains, today was pretty cool.
English this morning was wonderful...we went to the Peabody to learn about the Mexican Day of the Dead (which happens to be today!), and it gave me some inspiration for my spring art IP.
Japanese was EPIC. I have the photos on my phone so I'll never forget. :) I love sensei so much...
AP Art was our module critique! FINALLY!!! I got a lot of good comments, but it was generally decided that I need to make a few more pinecones. So I've got three more themes: Greek letters, Morse code, and Pac-Man. Yes, I'm making a Pac-Man pinecone. :)
And then I had a meeting with Dr. Israel, in which we arranged my courses for next term. Doc Is is so cool! I enjoy our meetings, however rare they are.
Then there was a huge chunk of homework time.
INTERNATIONAL DINNER WAS AMAAAAAAAZING. So much delicious food!! I wish we had that quality and selection every night!
Then Corey and I got REALLY giggly and invented some amazing things. So many great quotes were spake. I wish I could record them all here, but they would be completely meaningless to most of you. For instance, "Playsbury Pillboy" and Corey's pain-face and the Big Poot. I mean seriously. Does that make any sense to you? Nope, didn't think so.
I had a meeting with Mr. Wicks tonight and he gave me the most wonderful idea. I can't wait to start working on it. :)
Then there was time spent in the playground. Poor Billy.
And here I am! Voila. I feel like it's been a very productive day (of course I mostly wrote about the silly parts, but it was really full of quite a lot of work). And now I'm ready to get a good night's sleep. Hopefully without weird mutant babies in my dreams.
