Well, summer is nearly over. This year it went by so fast! So much has happened since the last time that I wrote. I know that I have been lazy, but I forget I even have this most of the time.
I am now living in Minneapolis. I have been here for about two months now. The twin cities are really beautiful. It is a cool area because there is a lot of urban parts, but at the same time you can be right in the middle of a park with three lakes. It is the best of both worlds for city and nature. I love my current living situation. I live with two guys and a girl. They all are still at the U, but I am moving out on Friday :( I knew that it would come to an end, but I had no idea that I would like living where I am so much.
On Friday, I am moving to a new one bedroom apartment. It is a little bit more quiet part of the city. Right now, I live right downtown on the river, and that is a really happening area. So, to keep my sanity, I am moving to a more central location in Minneapolis. I am excited because I really like my new apartment, and on Saturday I bought all of my new furniture so it could be delivered on Friday. It is so weird to do all of these grown up activities.
Work is interesting so far. I really do not know as much as I thought that I would. Everyday I am learning more and more, and once I develop a strong technical background, I will be able to go on projects that interest me a bit more than what I am currently doing. Right now, I am doing a lot of development work, and I like that I am learning it, but it is a bit boring.
This weekend my dad and sister, Kurin are coming to visit to help me move. I am excited! I cannot wait to see some familiar faces! If anyone wants to come out for a visit, please do so!!
