Yummy!

I just finished peeling and seeding about 3 lbs. of Hatch green chile.

We found it in the local grocer -- not the upscale grocer, not the farmer's market, but the ratty little one down the road -- "Hatch" green chile, the sign said, and it looked right.

So I bought it, hnwombat roasted it on the barbeque grill, and now it's peeled and seeded. Probably I will make green chile stew. Maybe I will ask the local burger joint to make me a green chile cheeseburger, who knows?

Hatch green chile. In Fayetteville. Go figure. ;)
