The woman you are talking to, right now, has major body image issues.

I'm sure that some woman, somewhere, doesn't have them. I've never met her, however, and I realized yesterday that the above axiom is probably a good starting point, even when talking to women I am angry with / tired of / annoyed by / fond of / whatever.

EDIT: I'm sure there's a woman somewhere without body image issues; statistics tell me it's extremely likely there's at least one, particularly outside of "modern" countries.
I may even know her. But I still think the above axiom is going to be a useful starting point 999,999 times out of 1,000,000.
