i am in love with summer days.
especially when they're spent like they should be.
i've been working. but it's been the good kind of working --
the kind i don't mind getting up and going to.
mostly because i get to see nice people,
then read a good book in between it all..
and earn money by doing it.
not much, but enough to live on i suppose.
tomorrow i start my orientation for the clinic,
then i start that on tuesday.
i cannot wait to be surrounded by kids again...
this time i will be learning things important to me too.
i've been spending lots of time with roommates.
i could not even imagine this summer at home --
i cannot believe i was even thinking about actually staying there.
i love it here.
walking is possible just about everywhere.
amazing.
i haven't driven in probably 3 days now...
today was spent at work,
then back in time to walk lots with erica and a baby.
and bought some pictures frames, paint, paint brushes...
then sat in my bedroom and painted.
i just want to paint something for everyone,
it's my favorite thing.
board games & uno are important things of the summer.
along with a digital camera.
and popsicles.
and flip flops, sunglasses, good books, skirts...
and most importantly: awesome roommates.
