Thank you for taking the time to read the story. I know what you mean, that little snippet was inspired by the first season scene often used in fanvids with them looking at eachother like that.
How the hell did I miss this fic for so long? *slaps forehead* Amazing! Now *I* want to listen to that CD too.
Ash looked down at their joined hands again, and just when Scribbs had the notion to let go, the brunette brought their hands up to her lip, kissed Scribbs' knuckle, and said, "That'll be lovely, thank you."
*swoons* Absolutely lovely. Any chance we can see that date too?
By the way, I like Utena too. Have you seen the movie? Cool, but the ending is just a little bit absurd. Or maybe there was some kinda metaphor there I didn't understand. Who knows? Heh.
I thought abgout writing the date, but at the time, I wasn't very happy with this story because I felt I didn't have their voices down right. Still, I guess time will tell. I Loved the Utena movie. I missed it too the first time, but I think you have to keep in mind that they aren't in a universe they know, that they are trapped in another world, and they have to get out of it together. Now, the fact that they came out as straw figures messed with my head a bit, but I think I would rather be free as a straw thing that to be trapped as a living being.

I say, write the date. I loved your versions of Ash and Scribbs and I'd like to see more of them.

The fact that they had to get away is understandable, it's how they did it that confused the hell out of me. Oh well, it's anime. Logic doesn't always figure into it.
