This was incredibly sweet and I don't think anyone would've complained if that had been the real ending to the show.

I loved Scribbs' attitude throughout the whole thing, it was just so perfectly Scribbs. The teasing at the end was particularly brilliant.

Thanks for the response. I do have another story in the works, but right now I'm frustrated by the fact that I haven't seen series 2 and the DVD isn't available till April. So I don't even know what happens beyond the highlights that have been posted here.

Not really reading backwards -- I'm writing backwards. And if there is more to the series they will be written all out of order, but my hope is that they will each stand alone enough that it doesn't matter which you read first, if you've seen all the episodes.
