Bizzy Dizzy Wizzy sort of day!
With my good lady wife away and buying things on ebay I've finished off painting the bathroom wall, resealing the shower and investigating the lamentable flush on the new bog. I've tweaked it a bit and all seems well now. The opportunity was taken to deep-clean the bathroom with disinfectants and scented detergents. It is even more of a supreme place to waste a half hour now!
Following the recent visit by Downsunder I've started to transfer the contents of our huge box of old negatives into digital format. It's a little tedious to do but I've come across some cracking photos. These two are a particular favourite and hail from about 1978 I guess.
The good looking chap is me, I don't know who the other two ugly spuds are!

We couldn't afford colour film in those days and we did all our own developing and printing.
Took Mowgs a walk on Plaisterdown this afternoon and carried Slo-Mo-Shun IV with me to play in Lake Plaisterdown. It was there yesterday but today no water at all. I just dont understand that place.
Gave Daisy some fresh oil and a new filter tonight, the old filter was a real b***er to get orf but I managed it without too much blood loss..Must take my blood pressure!!!!! I'm still not confident with that retro sump plug, but the experts at Abbey Garage say it's fine! All for now I've got a casserole to cook. xxx to GLW and don't home drive fast tomorrow!
