I miss my lj. I miss writing poetry. I've been in scholarly paper mode for so long that I don't even have anything to write about.

Somebody give me something to write about, please. A phrase, a picture, a song. Anything.

It's storming, I barely slept, and I'm in a wild and crazy mood.

For the first time in a very long time, I want to write something. I can't, because I have to go to work and such. But it's nice to have the inclination.

Perhaps soon.

I miss this part of my life.

I'm worried. I'm trying not to be, but it's always there, throbbing in the back of my mind like a headache.

I hate being worried. I hate not knowing how to get to where I want to be.

Perhaps I'm just being ridiculous...but I can't seem to shake it.

Nietzsche said, famously, that God is dead. Is he?

I feel as though he is. I have lost even the idea of him, personal and subjective as it was.

It's storming like crazy outside.

My soul is peaceful. That's better than being happy, and better than being content. It's a quietness I haven't felt in a very long time.

I'm quite narcissistic today. Every day, really, but today I don't like it. I watched House and it made me cry.
