Originally uploaded by BunnyHutch I got to eat at the Veggie Grill in Irvine again on my recent visit to California. I've probably gushed about this place before, but check out their menu(pdf). Really tasty food, and a great style too. It's nice to eat somewhere vegan that doesn't feel "granola" -- I like sleek, European looks! Lunch this time was their Santa Fe Crispy Chickin' sandwich with their super-tasty sweet potato fries -- very yummy! It's the first place I've eaten that's made me think I could be really happy being vegan (that is, if I could eat like that everywhere).
edit: also nice -- the to-go cups are made with a corn-based plastic (see the cup jsciv pointed out in the picture)
