Opening day at Moe's in Blacksburg
Originally uploaded by BunnyHutch Moe's (a chain of burrito restaurants) opened in Blacksburg today. Apparently it fills a need, as at lunchtime the line ran through the restaurant and almost out the far door.
Fortunately they planned ahead and had about 15 people working behind the counter. Even with the long line, we only waited about 10-15 minutes to get our food, and there was no problem finding a table.
P.S. A note for the veggies: they do offer seasoned tofu as a protein choice in their burritos, fajitas, etc.
