While I personally did not experience one of the many problems some of your current usebase are going through, I would like to point out that FORM (Aesthetics, fashion, etc) =/= more important than FUNCTION. New users to the platform will certainly have a nice time of things. After all, the overhaul is nice. I know it's in the beta stages right now. I hope you listen to all the suggestions and comments coming your way with regards to the tagging system, display options and your help section... I don't think having an email just for complaints is quite the way to phrase it. I mean, "Feel free to vent here" doesn't seem like you're going to take them seriously.

Edit: I'm always happy to be wrong. Seems that certain things have been fixed/patched or restored.
