Ok my peeps, I am putting out another call for reservations for the DFWCG Millinery Workshop on September 8 at 2 PM. It will be taught by a professional costumer, Donna Duncan. The class will focus on styles from the Edwardian era, but the skills that you will learn can apply to almost any period of costume history.
The class fee will cover some of the more hard to find supplies, such as buckram and millinery wire, but students are encouraged to bring their own fabric and decorations (flowers, feathers, ribbons, etc.). The fee is $10 for members, and $15 for non-members.
I've had one non-member response so far (hi Shannon!). Is anyone else interested? Anyone? Any one at all?
