*the good and bad*
Hey, today has been GREAT with it being a half-day plus so many other things except for one thing that happened today but I’ll get to that later. First off, tired as f*ck this morning, so I didn’t get up till 7:30. Algebra 2- I was only there for like 10 min. the last part of class because I had Senior Class meeting. But I walk into class and go to sit down and Mandy goes “you look really cute today” lol, I was wearing my “Lucy’s diner” shirt and jean skirt. We sang her happy birthday since she turned 17 today. Us seniors decided to have graduation in the gym not auditorium b/c then we would have limited seating. It’s May 21st, at 9 AM. Our Baccalaureate Mass will be May 15th, at the First Baptist Church no time yet. Our class colors are black and red; we changed our flowers from dandelions to orchids [purple ones that are known as clam orchids, where I live is the number 1 producer of clams which is one reason I’m sick of this town] and tulips [yellow]. Class Song Here’s to the night by eve 6. Our class motto is getting changed we originally had “get ‘er done”. Our gowns are going to be white I want to buy mine, along with William everyone else wants to rent. But I want my gown, just like I have my middle school one [went to a private schools it was a big deal of graduation I’ve missed all those ppl bunches lately since I can’t stand half the ppl at my school here]. I saw Mrs. Lane [guidance counselor] she reminded me to see Mrs. Edison [talent search advisor]
Then the choice that has PISSED ME OFF, was that were NOT going to DISNEY :(, I was the only person who voted for it. I do LOVE Universal its my favorite park besides Sea World but I’ve been on all the rides except the new “men in black” one since the line was like an hour long when I went b/c it was brand new 4 years ago. I’ve been there like 3 to 4 times, I would only be happy going to the Lucille Ball store since I don’t really like City Walk. I told Mom I’m not going to Universal and if I can I’ll go with Sammi or Dani to Disney if not, I’ll use the 50 dollars and go some where were I want to go or go see my boys in concert since I hope they will be by summer. I really want to see Ryan Cabrera and Yellowcard. I was pissed off for the rest of the day. English 4 like nobody did their HW I was like the only one or one of the few, I answered one of the questions because nobody else knew, I’m sick of some of these ppl, I really am. I just want to get out of here and be in college, and meet new ppl and hang out with my friends. PC Lab, copied, cut and handed out yearbook forms to Middle School. I saw Mrs. Lane in the library she asked if I saw Mrs. Edison yet I said no.
A little while later I went to the office to find out if Mrs. Lane had seen her, she didn’t know where she was. Mr. F [principal] didn’t’ see her car, we couldn’t find her in Coaches [business teacher’s] room. The secretaries said they would find me when they see her. Mr. F went on to ask me if I would help a child out in 5th grade that is having trouble and behind in reading during 3rd block. I said I would, we asked Mrs. Carmen we got her to agree to 3 days a week even though he does need help 5 days, so I’ll be with him from 11 to 11:30 don’t know what days yet. I went over and met the 5th grade teacher she is new so I didn’t know her yet. I’m excited. I told Mrs. Angie who told me about it yesterday and she said she told Mr. F that he had to make Mrs. Carmen do it otherwise she wouldn’t give me up lol. Then I went to ESE, helped Jeremy with his speech and corrected a paper. Then Mrs. Lane came in told me that Mrs. Edison was in Coaches room, so I went there. Her and I went into the office, she said that both of my essays were good =), gave me tips on my application and what I needed to do to finish filling it out. She said that since I’m going into Education, I could get funding that way. There are housing scholarships through FSU and USF coming out in the next couple of months she’s going to look into those for me. FSU has a program called CARE and she believes that USF has one like it as well. For like 2 weeks you go there and start your courses, pick out what times you want, having tutoring sessions, she’s going to look up that for me as well. I’m so excited about college and I can’t wait. I want my applications mailed out Friday or early next week. I’ve decided to include my essays for USF even though they aren’t required to look a lot better.
I came home at 11:30, baked more chocolate chip cookies, and called my mom. Then I talked to my grandmother for like a half hour told her all this college stuff, graduation. She’s at my aunt’s house. My aunt is coming for graduation but my cousin can’t since she has a dance recital. My grandparents are leaving my aunt’s house tomorrow to go to Pennsylvania, my great-uncle is having colon surgery Monday and once he is better they are stopping by to see me. They got me my NY hotdogs and mustard yum! Were going to go around and get prices for hotels for graduation. I can’t wait; I hope we go to dinner too like we always do, I’m starving for seafood even though I had it 2 days last week. This is REALLY LONG. Sorry ya’ll. Hope ya’ll have a nice night. <3ash*
