Updates
We just checked the lottery results for Keola Lai and we were #166. This means that we probably won't get a unit in that condo since there are only 63 units. We're ok with this because the condo was pretty expensive for the square footage...although the location was GOLD. Overall it was a good experience going through the credit checks and pre-approval process with the lenders. I think from now we are ready to look more seriously for a condo to buy. Pretty exciting to think about...
In other news, Star is coming home tomorrow morning. Can't wait. I'm going to have dinner with her and her mom tomorrow night. It'll be nice to have Star around. Michelle Kong is also coming home. Can't wait to see everyone Saturday night at Neil's.
