I'm actually terrible at ever doing Legacies not because I lose interest, but because I have no patience for taking pictures all the time. Also, the daunting task of learning to use the freestyle camera + a screenshot program + edit all the images really turned me off. However! I did recently start up a BACC challenge that I (of course) play more

Weird skintones, lol. XD Back when I played Sims 2 I downloaded this custom shower thingy that refilled all their primary needs, so they're always happy so making them achieve what they want to achieve was such a breeze--my sims family had like 6 children and all of them were overachievers. XD
I'm playing Sims 3 and it is gorgeous--a whole lot more than Sims 2. :D

I try to avoid some hacked objects myself, simply cos with doing a Legacy, you're not supposed to cheat and all. D: Otherwise, if playing a family normally, I just abuse maxmotives xD
I doooo quite like TS3! I need to get back to it and actually back IN to it. And download some custom content for that puppy, too. <.< XD
I like both, though; each have their own merits and flaws, rendering it virtually impossible for me to have a favorite. The seamless hood of TS3 might just be my favorite aspect, but the full out customization definitely has won me over. :D

I try not to download/use hacked objects as much as possible, too, but I kinda wanted to make a family of overachievers (something I've never done before, cause I almost always end up ignoring someone from the family), so I had to make use of that shower. XD
Sims 2 is fun too, but the neighborhood in Sims 3 just made it absolutely special--and of course, the customization, which is awesome. XD Still, I keep my sims 2 folder in my programs, just in case I want to play it again. :D

At least that shower came in pretty handy for you! xD I've got a FEW hacked objects for non-Legacy use, especially for like, photo shoots or something. But most hacks I have are pretty innocuous and all.
I've got both still installed on both of my computers... I should probably play with TS3 sometime. :3

You know what, I've always wanted to try a legacy challenge, but I haven't. Maybe I should; it sounds fun. XD

Awwww at least you can sometimes find time for TS3. Life first, then games. :(
You should sometime! I find them much more difficult in TS3 for myself, because it seems Sims take more work/effort to fall in love and all, but obviously it's all up to what you're most comfortable with and all. They really ARE fun, though! I made it to about Gen. 4 once before my game got buggy and I had to move them around.

I'll try it sometime! :D
