Continue from Tsuneo
Tsuneo escaped quickly before the girl (Reika) spotted him.
He ran and accidentally bumped into Wami, a student who had just finished buying food at the cafe and was coming out.
"Watch out!" Wami said even as she dropped her snacks due to the bump.
Tsuneo caught one of her snacks in the air before it fell to the ground. "I'm sorry." He handed the snack to Wami.
Wami snatched away the snack from Tsuneo hastily. Then she looked at the biscuit chips on the ground sadly. It was crushed. She said angrily to Tsuneo, "Watch where you are going next time."
Tsuneo apologized one more time. Suddenly, he seemed to think of something and searched his pocket. "How about I give you this as an apology." He took out Wes Gum, a yummy and rare chewing gum that was only available to rare-type dragons.
Wami looked at the chewing gum with hunger. Then, she took the gum slowly. "Fine, I forgive you."
Tsuneo smiled with relief. He did not want to offend anyone in the school in the first day. "Are you a first-year student?"
"Yes, so?" Wami opened the Wes Gum and popped one into her mouth. Her face was full of bliss when she eat it.
"You don't happen to be in Class TGL?" Tsuneo asked tentatively.
Wami looked at Tsuneo warily. "Don't tell me we have the same class for general lesson?"
Tsuneo thought to himself how lucky he made up with a classmate and said to Wami, "I'm in class TGL for the first lesson."
"Me too. What a coincidence," Wami was surprised.
"What's your name? I'm Tsuneo."
"Wami."
"A sprite?"
"How do you know that?" Wami chewed her gum as she said that curiously.
"I guess it. Sprites like much food," Tsuneo looked pointedly at the snacks and gum.
Wami said defensively,"Yes, I like food. So?"
Tsuneo put his hands up at Wami's bristling in anger. "Nothing. I'm just saying."
Wami snorted and then went off to the classroom, followed closely by Tsuneo.
Over there, Tsuneo greeted Nina and sat behind her. Wami sat near to them. Yue and Suzuna were in the classroom too.
After sometime, The teacher, Ms Poppy, entered the classroom along with Kei and then she took out a sack of papers.
"This is your first day at this school. I want you to jot down on this paper what you wish to learn and what you expect as equipments. I won't be here so please tell the others about this, Kei. Kei is the class prefect and will be in charge of getting the papers back. Please behave yourself here or lightning will strike here. I'll be back for the second half of the lesson. Kei, please take note of the people who are late." Then Ms Poppy handed the papers to Kei and left.
Kei passed the papers around before sitting down on the first row near the door.
Reika entered the classroom very soon after.
Tsuneo saw that she was the girl in the forest with the dangerous dust. He pointed his pen at Nina's shoulder and whispered, "Hey, don't go near to that girl. She has something dangerous." He hinted at the girl, Reika.
Nina glanced at Reika. "What dangerous thing?"
"I don't know. Her dust makes me dizzy."
"Dust?"
"Something like that which comes from her wings."
Nina pondered this. "Maybe she is a fairy. Fairy dust is only harmful to humans. Since you are half-human, I guess that's why you are affected."
Tsuneo looked at Nina pointedly, "Do you have to bring up that I'm half-dragon every single time?"
Nina shrugged and continued to write on her paper. Tsuneo looked at Reika one last time. Reika might indeed be a fairy.
Tsuneo then saw that Wami had taken out her snack sneakily and was eating it. He smiled in amusement.
After half an hour of lesson, Ms Poppy came back to class. She touched on the topics of magic in general and the types and uses of equipments.
After the lesson, Nina and Tsuneo went to the fifth storey for dragon lessons. Kei and Suzuna went to the first floor. Reika, Yue and Wami went to the fourth floor.
