I think it might be time for me to see a doctor.
I can't sleep. I go to bed and it takes me 45 minutes to an hour and a half to fall asleep. Then I wake up 2-3 hours later and I then can't fall back asleep for another 45 minutes to an hour and a half.
I can't get comfortable and my legs start to hurt or some part of my body starts to slightly hurt so I have to switch positions.
It's so frusterating because I'm tired during the day and I have to fight myself from taking daily naps to make up for the lost sleep at night. I'm sleepy during class and if I get in my bed and try to get work done, I'll fall asleep.
For example, yesterday I was reading in my bed and had to fight myself from falling alseep because I'd had so little sleep the night before. I wanted to make sure I didn't take a nap so I would be tired and sleep through the night. Last night I went to bed at 1:00 am, but couldn't fall asleep until around 2. I then promply woke up at 5 am, and it's now 10 minutes past 6.
I'm so tired and I want to sleep, but I can't.
This has been happening for weeks; and the trouble falling asleep initially has been happening for months.
I think I should see a doctor about it.
Anyone have any home remedies or suggestions that might help me sleep?
