I can't change or hide what I am even if I wanted to. Interrogation wouldn't be neccessary, I'm branded in every possible way. It's the road I took that made me what I am. It's impossible after a certain point to go back to a previous way of life, a previous way of thinking. It's no longer an option. This makes things simple, if not calming. I tried to walk away from it a few times in the past. I was young and didn't understand the damage from the holes in my path being left apon me. It's difficult for me to deal with this. "Never forget what you are", is something I say to myself often. It's important, because when you know what you are no one can take anything from you. Ofcourse, this is something you'll never be able to explain to anyone. You never relent. You can go without. You don't complain. You don't allow yourself to be compromised by the weakness of others. You only fight in self defense and when you do, it's unleashed with a hostile fury that's indescribable and only illustrates the respect you have for your own life. You can be alone for infinate periods of time. You're clear, grounded, intense and spontaneous. And you never forget what you are: Warrior.
