and superargo was beyond amazing.
unfortunately i had to go alone.
but thats okay.
mc signed my cd, he seemed like an amiable guy.
umm what else, i got hedwig and the angry inch today. yay.
i leave tomorrow for arizona then california.
but yeah lemme talk about superargo for a bit cuz they were so cool: well you see, its this guy on his computer playing everything, and on the first song theres this sweet video stuff going on while hes playing with a guy named skullface on it, cuz he has a skull for a face. and then the video turns off and skullface runs in from the entrance and onto the stage, then all of a sudden the next crazy techno number hits you and skullface is rockin out with a tamborine. then he grabs the mic and pretends to sing, and he has an electronic british accent, and it rules, and then the video screen turns into an overhead projector thing and skullface changes the slides while his awesome accent tells you the tell the story of superargo over a bed of funky beats, and then theres stuff about bat man and stuff, and then on the next song there are mario samples and everyone smiles when they hear them, then the skull guy runs away and theres videos of him fighting lightsaber battles, and the dudes still rockin out at the computer makin some sweet techno for everyone to get their groove on. then like a really pleasant smack in the face its over as soon as it began. RAWK.
oh yeah and BONE rules. its a book thing im reading. and uh, it rules.
