Recipe Post! Super easy mini-quiche things!

I more or less made this up. So I am pretty proud of it.
I like this recipe because it is fairly simple. Also it is a great way to get rid of leftovers/things that are about to go bad, and they can easily be reheated a few days after by just popping them in the oven. These are also still really good if you do not add meat.

I don't know if they count as quiche because quiche is "is based on a custard made from eggs and milk or cream" (Wikipedia). But they resemble quiche so that is what I call them.

I never measure anything so I am sorry.

What you need:
1 cupcake pan.
6 eggs.
1 can of Pillsbury crescents (I know, I know, but it is easy to work with and gives them a nice buttery flavor)
Milk to taste. (I have made these with and without milk, both are good, but I prefer the milk ones.)
1 fork
1 large spoon

Optional:
(These are the things I add, but you can throw in whatever you want.)
Shredded cheese.(Typically cheddar and mozzarella.)
Spinach, cut the stems off.
Bacon.
Salt and pepper. (I find it tastes best with lots of salt.)

I bet they would also be pretty tasty with some sausage or ham.

Step 1:
Combine eggs, seasoning, cheese, and milk in a medium sized bowl.
Stir well with fork.

Step 2:
Add the chunkier stuff. Spinach, bacon, etc.
Mix well.

Step 3:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 4:
While the oven is preheating open up the crescent dough.
Pull it apart and line the bottom and sides of the cupcake pan. You really only need a thin layer and they don't have to fill up the whole cup. If you go about halfway up on each then one package should cover all of the cups in the pan.\

I have a fancy non-stick pan, so I don't need to line it with butter or anything. If you normally have to line yours then I suggest you do it for this too.

Step 5:
Using a large spoon, scoop your mixture into the newly lined cups.
They rise a bit so I usually only fill them about halfway, maybe a little more.

Step 6:
Bake!
This should take around ten minutes. Just keep an eye on them. When the sides start to brown and the top looks hard, they are ready.

Step 7:
Let them cool just long enough that you can get them out of the pan. You still want them to be warm though.

If there are any leftovers just throw them in a ziplock bag.
To enjoy these later just heat the oven up and put them in for a few minutes. I haven't tried reheating them in a microwave, but it probably works well too.

If anyone ends up trying this let me know how it goes and what you put in it!
