Well....
To anyone who thinks that love is something that is going to last forever, think again. My perception of love was the feeling that you could love this person forever, no matter what. Well, that doesn't exist. The idea of a loving relationship lasting through marriage is a complete and total waste of time. It can't. You can't live with someone and love them forever it's impossible, at some point the other person is going to drive you crazy, lie to you, treat you bad, and eventually make you wish that you had never married them or even met them. It's just the way that things go, it's sad but that is the way things are. A lot of times people think that they can beat the odds, that they can make it, and their relationship is great enough. I would laugh in their face because it isn't true. In a relationship all things should be shared but they aren't. Everyone is selfish no one can share everything. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that marriage can't work, I'm just saying that the idea of loving someone forever is bullshit. You can compromise your way through a relationship where you truly care for someone and that can last forever. But the feeling of butterflies goes away and all you are left with is a lot of work or loneliness.
