I can't believe it's already October!
So this weekend went by incredibly fast.. I can't believe it's Sunday night already. Friday night we had delicious french toast, which always brings me back to my Mom making it for dinner when I was little (it was one of the 3 things she made ) After dinner we went to the playground as the sun was setting (around 6:15) I hate that it gets dark so early. Nicole met us there then we came back here and hung out for awhile.
Saturday morning we lounged around then went to Jessie & Kevins wedding at 1. It was outside at Martindale and absolutely beautiful! :) The food wasa awesome and Hayden loved hanging out with Xander. We left shortly before the dancing because I knew I wouldn't be able to pry Hayden off the dance floor lol. Then we went to Mom & Dad's and met Nicole and went to the fair! I'm not sure why but I wasn't thinking it would be dark and cold.. so thankfully Nicole brought mittens and earmuffs and Hayden wore those. :) He was a little less frightened of the animals and he loved riding the golf cart around. We had pizza and cotton candy and we walked around. Jon's wife and mother went too and it was a really fun night! :) Hayden was still awake when we drove it last night at 11:15 ...
So this morning we both slept until almost 10! I heard him open the door and go in the hall and I open my door and he says "Hi Ashley!" After breakfast we picked up Mom and went to the Fall Fest at Lost Valley which was o much fun!! (Thanks Neighbor!) Hayden went on a pony ride, which he loved (surprisingly) he played a few games and he went in 2 bouncy houses! He's sop energetic and I'd like to know where he gets that from lol. He saw his Natalie which he was very happy about and they ran in the field and played until it was time to get on the chairlift. Riding a charlift without snow and just being at a ski area with no snow is such a weird concept for me and I'm not sure why .. but at the top we got on the hayride which took us to the apple orchard. We saw all the farm animals and did a corn maze then picked apples and headed back on the hayride. We walked down the mountain and then headed to Mom & Dads for lunch. It was such a beautiful day for outdoor fun and I hope next weekend is just as nice! :)
Now we're waiting for our beans to be ready.. it should be a musical night at the brown house! Speaking of farts.. Hayden can't say the "art" sound anymore.. the conversation goes as follows...
"Hayden say 'I fart"
"I Fuck"
"Say 'oh fart"
"Oh Fuck"
Hahaha...
The fair ends tonight and Joey will be home in the morning.. Yay! :)
