Dear Family and Friends,
I returned from my mom's beautiful memorial service on Sunday night and on Monday I had my oncologist appointment. She checked me for pain in my bones, swelling in my legs and general overall feeling of health. I feel great other than being sad and exhausted from the events of the past year! :) She told me my CBC panel was good and my lipid panel also looked good. My tumor markers are negative! YAHOO! I am attaching something from the internet that explains tumor markers for those of you who aren't familiar with them. She ordered a sonogram on Friday because there is still some internal damage from the surgery that she wants to check on. She said she doesn't expect it to show anything. Please pray everything will be fine. I will see my nutritionist on Friday to look over these recent blood tests.
