it is gorgeous today. i can't believe the effect pretty weather has on me. my happiness is almost unshakable when it's warm and sunny.
today i had the best grilled cheese i've ever made. usually i rely on someone else to make it because i burn it or don't melt the cheese right but today it was perfect. leah bought some oranges that were perfect too. no seeds and very juicy. my lunch was wonderful.
only one more month until this semester is over! i'm so excited. i'm really not wanting to take summer classes. i have to make up two science classes because i got a c and a c+. it really sucks. besides that and working, here are some things that i can't wait for:
1. walking outside
2. going to the park in scs with mike and sitting by the waterrr
3. falling asleep on a blanket outside
4. going to the park to swing on swings
5. eating a lot of ice cream
6. drinking iced vanilla chai from starbucks
7. driving with the windows down
8. wearing skirts!
9. not having to put a coat on
10. swimming
11. summer music (i.e. electric version, yankee hotel foxtrot)
12. nikki's class!
13. staying up late
14. reading books
my list could go on forever. summer is the best time of the year. i know it will probably get cold again before it really is nice but this week is my reminder that summer is closer than winter!
